The Foreigner

Quan is a humble businessman in London when his daughter is killed in a senseless act of political terrorism. Details of his mysterious past flare to the surface when the grief stricken father swears a vendetta against those who caused his daughter’s death. His quest for information leads Quan to clash with British government official, Liam Hennessy, whose own past may hold the key to the killers’ identities.

Action legend Jackie Chan stars as Quan Ngoc Minh, with Katie Leung (Harry Potter Series) as his daughter, Fan, and Pierce Brosnan as Liam Hennessey. Former James Bond director, Martin Campbell (Casino Royale, Goldeneye) leads the cast to produce a film that is one part Taken, and one part American Assassin. Based on the novel, The Chinaman, by Stephen Leather, The Foreigner proves you should never push a good man too far.
