Logan

The story of the Wolverine continues!

In the near future, an exhausted Logan cares for an ill Professor X near the Mexican border. No new mutants have been born in the last two decades and Professor X worries that his dreams of a new evolution are dying. Just when they believe all hope is lost, a mysterious woman asks for Logan’s help with Laura, a young mutant woman being pursued by dark forces. Not for lack of trying, Logan gets drawn back into the world of humans vs. mutants and must do everything in his power to protect himself and Laura in a more violent climate than ever.

Director James Mangold, who also brought The Wolverine to the big screen, is back to complete the story of Logan with his self-titled film. Oscar nominee Hugh Jackman also returns to reprise his long-running role as Logan the Wolverine. Star Trek: The Next Generation actor Patrick Stewart returns as the ailing Professor X. Logan also features The Refugees actress Dafne Keen in her silver screen debut, alongside Gone Girl actor Boyd Holbrook. British comedian Stephen Merchant plays the terrifying Caliban, a mutant who can track and sense other mutants. The film also features Jackie actor Richard E. Grant and Orange is the New Black actress Elizabeth Rodriguez.
